At Pappy & Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
